This play was written 10 years ago in 2015, the same year Old Vic agreed to start cleansing the reputation of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).
Support Ethics in the Arts
Playwrights, actors and theatre workers are urging the Old Vic to stop legitimising RBC. You can join them.

Old Vic : ‘What are you frightened of?’
In those 10 years, RBC has ploughed over $290 billion into climate-wrecking projects.
RBC has over $61 billion invested in companies complicit in the genocide in Gaza and in illegal activities in the West Bank, and has increased its investments throughout the course of the genocide.
I love theatre, theatre’s my life, but I’m not willing to sacrifice the world for it. There can be another way. There has been another way. There will be another way.
– Siobhán McSweeney
